POSITION: Sales and Leasing Manager
SALARY: 5,000 AED basic plus commission
HIRING COMPANY: One of the top Real Estate companies in Dubai

AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized (1 month-max)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ensure through continual training and counselling so that the team provides the highest calibre of service to the potential customers
Ensure that all brokers are properly trained and motivated to achieve the company’s revenue targets.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with the customer to facilitate business and address any customer complain
Review the collections situation to ensure collections are made as per plan and take corrective measures in case of delays
