Responsibilities
- Conceive and execute on all retention and conversion campaigns and life-cycle programs
- Research competition and market opportunities
- Extraction of required data for said campaigns and life-cycles
- Manage production of assets; web, outbound and social
- Sense check promotions and offers
- Execute on go-to-market tactics, Pre, during and post analysis of each campaign
- Exploratory testing of data methodologies, propensity modelling etc
- Extract data for regular KPI data, this includes:
-Current user return rate, New user return rate and Customer reactivation etc.
- Promotion set up and fulfilment
- Manage T’s and C’s of each promotion
- General reports and Budget management and General reports
- reporting on offer costs in line with retention budget, User experience and user interface
- Update website on a regular basis to improve engagement
- A/B Test creatives, CTA’s, content and platforms
- Work closely with developers
- Marketing plan management
- Record, update and report on campaign calendar
- VIP management
- Creation of VIP programme and management thereof
- Research marketing platforms and tools for the business
- Integrate and train on said tools
