ROLE PURPOSE
Responsible to develop use cases and solutions for various client requirementsResponsible to align business requirements by providing leadership to subject matter experts to develop solutions involving multiple technologies, platforms, applications
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Comprehends the client needs both technical and business and convert the same to compelling solutions that addresses client requirements.
Provides leadership on technology and domain area to devise a compelling business solution and support throughout the lifecycle.Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadershipWorks with internal and external stakeholders, partners and product vendors to formulate use cases, solutions and service strategies.Identifies and recommends solutions, products and services to support the business goals and technical requirements.Reviews system and application designs to select right technology that provides efficient use of resources.Provides the plan for integration of multiple systems and technologies and provides oversight during implementation.Ensures BCMS guidelines and policies are considered in the design and subsequent implementations
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or computer science
ITIL and TOGAF or equivalent certifications are neededMinimum of 8- 10 years' experience in IT out of which a minimum of 5 years in software architecture and presalesExperience as Solution Architect for large scale Analytics, Insight, Decision Making and Reporting solutions, based on Big Data technologyStrong a solutions architect background, also has a good grounding and someHands-on experience software architecting, and in setting up Big Data platformsProficiency with Java, Python
