Responsibilities:
o Prepare, submit, and follow-up the online import request to the SFDA and MOI.
o Follow up with the Saudi public security until they issue the import permit.
o Prepare all the required periodic reports for public security (chemicals stock)
o Represent the company for any visit from/To SFDA, MOI & Customs.
o Ensure safe storage of chemical items in the warehouse complies with the MSDS and authorities’ instructionso coordinate with the Airport authorities and airlines to obtain the “Ok to forward” for DG shipments.
o Update the delivery reports and follows up on any deliveryo Follow-up with the customers to issue the receipt voucher
o Coordinate with the concerned authorities for the dispose of the expired chemicals
