We are a Regional fast-growing Toys & Sports Distribution Company with head office in Business Bay, Dubai and offices/operations across the GCC region.
We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager who would find excitement to be working with Toys & Sports products; main requirements would be as follow:
- Communicate with our International Suppliers to understand and plan for the marketing strategy for each of the brands we distribute
- Liaise with the management and Sales Manager to agree on the marketing budget per brand
- Internally develop the marketing plan with the marketing and design team while liaising with the sales team
- Communicate the plan back to the suppliers to get a confirmation before execution
- Communicate the marketing plan with the retail customers to ensure excitement is built around the brand before the launch and to get there approval on the POP Assets
- Finalise digital, print and POP stands manufacturing before brand launch
- Ensure marketing executives execute the plan in the market for all BTL POP stands and other activation
- Negotiate prime marketing and branding area for all the brands in the retail stores of our customers
- Select and work closely with all ATL and digital marketing agencies
- Come up with all marketing campaigns, cross marketing between brands, retailers, national campaigns, etc...
- Develop new marketing ideas to increase brands' awareness and products' sales
- Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
- Promotional activities
- Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
- Writing and proofreading creative copy
- Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
- Organising events and product exhibitions
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Coordinating internal marketing and an organisation’s culture
- Monitoring performance
- Managing campaigns on social media
- Leading online sales team
