- This role will manage and oversee all Leasing and Property Management functions in the real estate division of the Company; all asset classes (Residential, Commercial and Retail) in the United Arab Emirates.
- The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in Leasing mixed asset portfolios, managing internal property management set up as well as substantial experience in managing outsourced resources/ vendors. She/ he needs to monitor, supervise and drive their operational performance from a ground level. This personnel should be an expert in setting efficient KPI’s for internal and external resources, to drive the overall efficiency in all property management functions.
