Position Title: Assistant Outlet Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation

About the Client:

Job Role:
Assists with promoting the lounge, menu planning, maintains standards, assists servers on the floor during peak periods and manages property liquor inventories and controls
Strives to ensure guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget
Manages all aspects of a specific outlet(s) within the F&B department including the selection, development, and performance management of colleagues, optimizing profits and increasing sales
Advises the F&B management of any improvements needed in relation to restaurants operation including updates to SOPs or addition/ deletion of SOPs
Implements strategies to increase the market share for the outlet
Prepares the Food and Beverage marketing plan
