To operate, maintain and repair all aspects of the hotel A/V systems and equipment in accordance with approved standards to achieve optimum operating efficiency of equipment at all times
Sets up equipment according to the instruction based on the Banquet Events Order (BEO) or client
Tests equipment before the event and operating the equipment during rehearsal, testing, and during the event
Deals with all aspects of Audio Visual System set up checking, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of all equipment as needed
Manages equipment booking and tracking system
Train other banquet staff members on how to use & operate equipment
Checks the venue’s AV equipment and recommending or organising upgrades when necessary
Assists the guests during the events
Performs other duties assigned by management
