1. Dealing with the real estate companies for new clients and working on existing tenants.
2. Applying marketing tools and tactics to get the potential clients.
3. Keeping updated with real estate market and properties to get the information about market trends
4. Managing the renewals in a timely and proactive way
5. Doing strong follow up for cheque bouncing to get the pay and retain the occupants
6. Keeping record of the Rental disputed cases with the lawyer and work for a an amicable resolution
7. Managing building upkeep and maintenance in a professional and effective manner
8. Manage vendor and service supplier relationships
9. Identifying and utilizing commercial or retail opportunities in the facility
10. Ensuring agreed standards for building facilities, security and utilities
11. Screen tenants’ personal profile adequately
12. Preparation and registration of tenancy agreements as per RERA/DEWA
13. Performing strict audit of apartment when tenants vacate, and charge them for any damages optimally
14. Do timely financial reporting, comply with basic requirements and timelines
15. Ensuring checks and audits for emergency systems, municipal requirements, lifts, etc.
16. Manage and monitor the car parking allocations
