Position Title: Quality Coordinator

Salary: up to 10,000 AED full package, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading dental healthcare providers in Dubai and currently have five branches that offers high quality dental care
Job Role:
Report to Managing Director
Ensure all clinical and operational guidelines are implemented throughout all the branches in line with company policy
Act as a liaison between the clinical staff and patients and handle patient complaints that are escalated to management by Practice Manager/Team Leader
Oversee the quality aspects of the clinics being in line with the requirements set by the Dubai Health Authority
Ensure all the protocols are informed and executed with the frontline as well as clinical and allied staff
Develop ideas to enhance the operational benchmark of the clinics and implement quality ideas as per international quality standards
