Develop, implement and manage systems and procedures for profitable service marketing for the Photocopier division in order to make sure the procedure is going smoothly to achieve customer satisfaction.
Set goals, motivate team and drive operational initiatives around processes, system tooling and scalability through training courses to develop work.
Key responsibilities of Services, Photocopier Production Sales MPS/ OPS Business driver
Conduct periodic inter-branch meetings in order to discuss with the customer how to increase the contract to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the board service.
Hiring new staff according to the needs of the service department, and puts the number of employment prospects, which is expected to need in the future.
Engage with other departments /senior management to ensure right forecast and ordering of technical parts, consumables and peripherals. Konica PP machines.
Deliver a consistent and coherent message to the team on skill set development, career progression, by seeking support from the management.
Follow up the day to day business and visit the customers in order to achieve customer satisfaction
