Principal Accountabilities
- Contribute to achieving department’s business objectives by meeting assigned goals
- Provides supports to the after sales manager in answering product queries to meet the customer requirement.
- Review and discuses everything with customer regarding the quotations and contracts, generates quotations,
- Ensure smooth conversion of the free maintenance offers into maintenance contracts.
- Follow up on maintenance contracts renewals.
- Follow up the lost service contract with customers
- Working on capturing the other brand elevators/ third party equipment’s
- To attend meeting with customers.
- Prepare contracts and repair proposals
- To coordinate the inspection team for elevator survey
- Prepare quotations for repair works.
- Billing and payment receivables follow up for maintenance contracts and repair work conducted.
- Supporting the renovation offering.
Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor’s/University Degree
- 4-5 years’ experience in the elevator field in UAE.
- Computer skills
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent in English Language, Arabic would be an advantage
