Create a comprehensive marketing and communications program that will enhance the awareness and position within our marketplace for all sectors of
Seek out sector market intelligence, including end-user trends, to provide value-adding insight so that this can help shape strategy and influence plans and adapt to change quickly if required.
Responsible for Editorial Direction, design, production and distribution of all Group Marketing Publications.
Develop the capability (knowledge, experience, skills) of the teams within Marketing so that they deliver and continuously improve the services required of them, by the business.
Ensure that the whole marketing team accesses, deploys and develops effective digital technology to improve productivity and responsiveness to internal changes or changes in the marketplace.
Active involvement with Brand Owners to ensure Group and our Partners agree a strategy and budget to maximise sales and work within the parameters agreed.
Actively promote achievement and maintenance of exemplary standard of health and safety in the workplace and any work-related venue so that the Division and Group achieves its stated targets.
Develop Short and Long term plans and goals for Group with specific targets.
Profile
10 + years product marketing experience
Must have 5+ years experience managing a team in different countries
Ideally a good understanding of Building Materials or Furniture industry
Understanding of GCC market is desirable
