Role Purpose:


Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates. This position will also be in charge of planning, developing, and implementing a new and efficient Talent Acquisition strategy for the group, building a strong employment brand, and ensuring great workplace relationships.


Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and lead strategic initiatives to recruit and select a high caliber, professional, and diverse workforce that identifies with SARA Group's culture.
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting functions to assist in maintaining a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Creatively attract new talent using multiple sources to advertise, source, and recruit.
  • Develop recruitment plans to maximize talent sourcing.
  • Provide innovative insight and ideas for filling complex and challenging to fill positions.
  • Implement progressive sourcing strategies, including networking, social media, professional associations, and organizations to provide top-tier applicants access.
  • Develop and use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
  • Creatively look for ways to increase the efficiency of the hiring process.
  • Build strong relationships with line managers and business leaders to understand and meet their respective teams or divisions' hiring needs.
  • Educate line managers on the recruitment process and build positive, credible relationships with them.
  • Provide concise and valuable interview feedback for line managers to assist them in hiring the best candidates.
  • Partner and manage recruitment agencies and other vendors or external recruiters associated with recruitment and ensure vendor contracts are in place and approved.
  • Review and create job descriptions for all roles in the group.
  • Coordinate completion of background checks and manage all professional references, and offer letters.
  • Identify top talent in different regions and map future potentials when internal options are exhausted.
  • Suggest measures for improving employee retention.
  • Coordinate with different HR functions for the sustainability of the succession planning program.
  • Manage online platforms in coordination with the Marketing department, ensuring a professional and attractive online presence.
  • Motivate employees to be brand ambassadors and plan employee referral programs.
