Position Title: Traffic Operations Specialist

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 33,000 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:

The hiring company is a technology driven engineering group with expertise in different sectors such as aerospace, electronics, land systems and marine industries.

Job Role:

Assist users with questions on how to operate iTraffic

Assist with the configuration of the iTraffic system

Assist in the addition of devices

Provide front-end administration support

Provide on-the-job-training for operators hired after the initial contract training

Assist with the creation of DMS messages

Assist with the updating of event management rules

Assist with the creation of the planned event scenario response plan

Support of RTA in carrying out a minimum of 6 asset management and QHSE audits per year

Carry out any required remediation’s to fix issues identified by the audits

Troubleshoot any issues

Coordinate between other ITS2020 contracts
