Title: Product Analyst (OTT)
<br />Duration: 3 months rolling contract
<br />Location: Dubai
<br />
<br />We're seeking:
<br />A Product Analyst with strong OTT and Telecom product domain experience, one who can take full ownership of product enhancement, innovations, direct carrier billing & bundle integrations with telecom operators across MENA.
<br />
<br />This person will be responsible for defining and delivering best-in-class customer on-boarding journey, process, business and technical flows, integrations and service launch while ensuring better customer experience and co-ordination with external and internal stakeholders.
<br />
<br />We believe a successful Product Analyst keen to focus and emphasis the product from quality and data perspective. She or He should be experienced in taking data driven decisions by using Analytical skills and creating Reports /Dashboards when required.
<br />
<br />The Analyst should have good planning mindset and leadership skills to lead initiatives across teams.
<br />
<br />RequirementsYou'd be a fit if you have:
<br />
<br />Over 5 years' experience as a Business/Product Analyst
<br />Minimum 3 years of experience translating customer needs into user stories, features, functionality, technical call flows, system integrations
<br />Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, operations & delivering customer-facing OTT and Telco products
<br />Good working knowledge of Direct Carrier Billing & Bundle integrations with telecom operators
<br />Candidate with experience in OTT or telco services will be given a preference
<br />
<br />Knowledge & Skills:
<br />Diverse exposure to cutting age mobile & web technologies, Direct Carrier Billing, telecom systems such as SMSC, Billing System, provisioning system
<br />In-depth knowledge of telecom interfaces and protocol
<br />Extensive knowledge about SDLC, practices, and requirement management
<br />Excellent documentation and presentation skills
<br />Knowledge & experience of UML for sequence diagrams and use case creations
<br />Agile and Scrum experience
<br />JIRA and Confluence experience
<br />JIRA reporting tool experience
<br />Solid understanding of Telco eco systems
<br />Solid understanding of how to build reporting and dashboards
<br />Solid understanding of the GiT
<br />
