Description
Ensuring financial systems are set up and maintained to provide proper degree of security and control over the group's resources and tasksPreparing the group's financial plans (budgets and forecasts) while business partnering with other departmentsLeading standard monthly reconciliations against budgets and forecastsConducting reconciliations of the group in terms of balance sheet, P&L, costs, income and accountsScreening and reviewing the expenditure process regularlyReviewing the audits being sent to relevant authoritiesProviding financial data to external/internal auditorsManaging tax filing and bank-related activitiesOffering strategic recommendations to the members of the executive management teamMaintaining and controlling accounting recordsReviewing and preparing monthly MIS reportsLiaising with other departments to bring in efficiency
Profile
Over 10-15 years of relevant experience in a Senior Finance roleA strong background in Finance - Technically and professionally qualifiedPost Graduate Degree in Financial Accounting or related subjectsProfessional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ACA, or related)Experience with accounting software
