You will be responsible to Supervise the bar/s operation for Ain Dubai and ensure excellent service for all guest upholding the highest quality of beverage operations. You must hold excellent knowledge of all alcoholic beverage and Multiple Bars operations management skills and cocktail making skills. You must demonstrate excellent guest service experience that exceeds customer expectations throughout the shift. You will drive the creation of new and profitable initiatives that will allow us to deliver the best in class beverage offering to all its guests.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Creativity and innovation in beverage concepts and operations
- Demonstrable achievement in improving customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Beverage Menu compilation
- Cost control
