Job Purpose:
The Infrastructure Supervisor shall be supervising the overall upkeep of the assigned communities in terms of housekeeping, cleanliness and compliance of 3rd party contractors with safety standards and/or NOC conditions in order to deliver appropriate level of service to the investors and residents
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits for inspecting the state of housekeeping, cleanliness and compliance on site
- Manage and attend customer complaints to reach resolution within the key performance indicators (KPI)
- Management of service providers to ensure appropriate quality of preventive and reactive maintenance
- Participate in tender process in terms of scoping and evaluation.
- Certify invoices of service providers based on SLA compliance
- Continuously look for opportunities to reduce operational expenses
- Highlight additional requirements required for improving communities such as refurbishment of assets, enhancements to communities and ideas for increasing the quality of services.
- Enforce compliance with FM System used by Dubai Community Management
- Survey all assigned communities for compliance of third party developers and contractors and observe issues such as stored material out of plot and damaged hoardings.
