Job Summary:

This position is responsible for setting and delivering the growth objectives for the brand Savannah and working with the Marketing Manager to continuously improve brand performance and skills in key marketing investment areas.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans to achieve high growth targets.
Coordinate and lead of all event & trade marketing activities in countries (in-store activation, launches, exhibitions, sponsorships, events, etc.) and monitor results
Assists in developing and executing consumer promotional ideas, mechanics, in store and event activation ideas.
Work regularly and manage agency relationships with ATL, BTL, PR, Social media partners.
Coordinate with R&D, Production, Sales, Packaging, Supply Chain Team and Agencies to develop and deliver new product launches and marketing campaigns.
Monitoring, analyzing and reporting business intelligence data platforms by tracking brand’s market share & performance to identify risks, opportunities & insights for the improvement of business.

Developing innovation pipeline for the brand/brands
Delivering launches/relaunches/all projects on time
Delivering sales and market reports on time with actionable recommendations
Innovation ideas regarding NPD and packaging
