Job Description:
§ Coordinate office activities and operations
§ Maintain office filing systems, reviewing, and approving supply requisitions, preparing payroll, monitoring clerical functions etc.
§ Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
§ Create and update records and databases as required
