Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and achieving Parts sales target according to plan & Developing Parts sales volumes in his designated area.
- Receive customer enquiries. Assist the customers in selecting required Parts or Accessories in friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Ensure that the quotations, sales orders and application of customer discounts or special prices are performed as per the standard operating procedures.
- Follow-up on Parts back-orders so that customers receive timely information on the status of back-ordered Parts and ensure that such parts are delivered to the customer on the promised date.
- Warehouse Management & Operations.
- Ensure customer complaint/s are addressed within the minimal time and customers are given the value for their spending.
- This requirement is for our National Parts Division, based in Dubai. Applicant should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in spare parts operations, preferably at an automotive parts sales counter. Knowledge of on-line computer system SAP is preferred.
