Technical Experience Required:

knowledge of operating systems concepts, and experience in working with Microsoft Windows, Linux and MacOS.
Knowledge of windows server services (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS …etc.)
Awareness of VMWare
Knowledge of cloud services like Azure, AWS, and Google is a plus
Sound knowledge on SQL is nice to have.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Ability to support users in physical location and multiple remote locations.
OS Installation (Windows, MAC OS X, Linux).
OS Servers Installation (Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019).
Installation/Troubleshooting of Printers/Scanners.
Provide suggestions/recommendations of buying/replacing laptops/PCs based on a good knowledge of brands/vendors & technical specs.
Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware).
Microsoft Office 365 Management & Installation.
MS Outlook Installation & Troubleshooting.
MS Teams Installation & Troubleshooting.
Antivirus Installation & Management using centralized portal.
MS Active Directory/Domain Services, DNS, DHCP & Group Policy Management.
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users.
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
Follow up with users to ensure issue has been resolved.
Ability to build a knowledge base for known troubles & issues.
Ability to contact multi vendors for troubleshooting or buying laptops /PCs and printers.
