Key One Realty Group has been in this market since 2006. We are seeking a self-motivated individual for a Real Este Property Consultant position to join our established team immediately. Ideally, we are looking for an ideal agent who is an areas specialist in any of the key communities and areas in Dubai, considering that everyone needs to be given a chance as far as you have a passion to work as a real estate broker. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate property deals with property owners, clients, or other agents.
- Giving and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose the best solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing between the Seller and the Buyer.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Manage secondary market property
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Develop networks and cooperate with developers
- Promote sales through advertisements, and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Important Requirements:
- Driver's License
- Minimum 1-year experience in Real Estate Industry
- Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
