Job Description:
Process and manage AR and reconcile and balance accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Perform data entry tasks, such as updating financial records and maintaining databases.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve payment and billing issues.
Provide support in the preparation of payroll, audits, tax returns, and other financial reports to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures of the Accounting department for the group, following proper use of Web Prol’FIC and Web PayTRAX
