Job Description:

Lead and mentor a team of 50+ finance professionals, including finance managers, analysts, and accountants, as well as tax and compliance specialists
Manage the entire Finance & Inventory operations across 5 countries, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting, and treasury operations
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and profitability of the Wholesale Trading and new Value Concept Retail Stores - Cosmo segments of our business
Collaborate with commercial leadership to plan and deliver financial, commercial, and operational targets
Ensure compliance with all local and international tax and accounting regulations
Improve front-end margins by increasing efficiencies at the sourcing and selling points
