- Evaluate RFPs, creates pricing, technical and commercial proposals, and ensures their completion.
- Develop effective proposal strategies, negotiating, benchmarking pricing, and managing pricing for design and construction supervision projects.
- Implement salesforce and manage the pipeline, as well as post-award contract documentation with the support of document controllers.
- Oversee the production of proposals, including desktop publishing, proofreading, editing, printing, and binding.
- Manage proposal efforts with discipline engineers, contracts, and other relevant heads of sections and executives, as well as subconsultants.
- Extract project scopes, milestones, resources, and cost sources from RFPs, pricing invitations, and contractual documents, including receiving, reviewing, and extracting all necessary information from potential clients.
- Control and monitor the status of proposal development-related documents for completeness and compliance with RFP requirements achieving the best discriminating presentations.
