To achieve the sales target set by management.
To secure customer generated revenues and serve as the main entry point for air, ocean and land freight internally and externally.
Participate in the contract setting, control Credit for existing and future customers and monitor customers’ payment with the Collection Desk
Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular updates to management.
