A leading retailer with stores across Dubai is seeking energetic and customer-focused sales associates to join our growing team.

In this role, you will assist customers, answer product questions, ring up sales, stock shelves, and keep the store looking its best.

Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their shopping needs
Processing purchases at the cash register and handling various payment types
Unpacking stock and restocking shelves with new merchandise
Assisting with floor sets, visual presentations, and window displays
Maintaining store cleanliness and organization
Supporting the store management team to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

1+ years retail experience preferred
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Basic math skills and cash handling experience
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends as needed
Detail oriented with strong organization skills

We offer a competitive salary of 3,300 AED per month plus a 500 AED monthly incentive when targets are met. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing fashion retailer and launch your career in retail.
