Preparing Commercial Invoice and Packing list against Purchase order or Proforma Invoice.
Making sure that all shipment and inventory-related issues are resolved.
Preparing the shipment-associated insurance requests and reviewing and following up with the invoices for the same.
Preserving timeliness and productivity while monitoring shipments and costs..

Carries out all existing business Order processing for Import and export.

Coordinate with warehouse for delivery arrangements.

Assist on preparing complete set shipping documents (Jafza documentation knowledge preferred)

Communicate with other sales team for all shipment related documents & schedules.

Keep track on logistics cost and help reduce the cost .
