Job Description:
- Verification of petty monthly payroll and overtime, gratuity, leave salary calculation, cash vouchers of office, store and PRO, cash and check payment vouchers.
- Monthly closing of books of accounts and preparing P&L to track the profitability & preparation of fuel consumption of vehicles by staff wise and comparing it with previous months for any variation.
- Preparation of monthly sales, cost and margin reports of RPA and RPM companies based on customer, product and sales man wise.
- Preparation of monthly customer movement of RPA01 & RPA02 customers.
- Auditing trial balance of companies and rectifying accounts if needed on a daily basis.
