Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute exceptional community events for property developers, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.
Plan and organize events that enhance the sense of community among residents and potential buyers, such as open houses, community-building activities, and property launch events.
Collaborate with property developers to create event concepts that align with branding and marketing strategies.
Negotiate credit terms and manage strong relationships with vendors, ensuring the best value for services and products.
Manage the logistics of events, including securing venues, coordinating catering, arranging transportation, and ensuring all event materials are available.
Liaise effectively with stakeholders, including developers, residents, suppliers, and other partners, to ensure smooth communication and alignment of event objectives.
Ensure adherence to event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates on event expenditures to management.
Handle weekend events and ensure their successful execution, ensuring all teams are in place and events run smoothly.
Monitor event feedback from participants and provide recommendations for improvements in future events.
Develop and implement strategies for community engagement before, during, and after events to build lasting relationships.
Oversee event marketing efforts, including digital promotion, flyers, social media, and email campaigns.
Work with the sales and marketing team to create post-event reports that outline key outcomes, attendee engagement, and ROI for developers.
