Microsoft System and Support Engineer (6 months temporary)

Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for providing IT support and managing Microsoft-based systems.

This role involves troubleshooting IT issues, administering Microsoft 365 services, and ensuring the seamless operation of enterprise IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide IT support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage and maintain Microsoft systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure.
Administer and support O365 Admin Center products, MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune.
Implement and manage security policies, user access, and system configurations.
Monitor system performance, apply updates, and ensure IT infrastructure reliability.

Assist with backup, disaster recovery, and IT asset management.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in IT support and Microsoft system administration.
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (O365 Admin Center, MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune).
Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure.
Strong troubleshooting skills in networking, system security, and endpoint management.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
