Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (circa)

Estimated Salary: AED 8K to 8.5K per month + Medical Insurance + Annual Flight for self

About the Opportunity

An oil and gas focused engineering business who manufacture parts. A long history with the business originating from Europe many years ago.

Looking for an experienced Secretary to work in a very small office team, who can handle everything from A-Z at the office.

For example, receiving inquiries and preparing the quotation for the customers, the order confirmations, invoices and finally organising the shipment of the goods.

Handling all the office tasks, including answering the phone, ordering stationary etc.

Profile Required

10+ years experience in a secretary or office admin support role

Must have a track record in showing loyalty to previous employers; working for them for long extended periods of time. No job hoppers for this role.

Must have Dubai work experience and be already settled in the UAE.
