Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales in line with company objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual assigned targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events when required.
Budget / Salary Range
- AED 5,000 - AED 6,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
- incentive/commission and other benefits as per company policy.
Required Years of Experience
- 0–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive, fabrication, engineering, or technology sectors.
- UAE market experience is preferred.
Preferred Nationality (if applicable)
- Open to all nationalities.
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE.
Required Technical Skills and Expertise
- Strong B2B/B2G sales skills.
- Experience preparing commercial proposals and quotations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to understand technical products and solutions and present them effectively to customers.
- Knowledge of UAE procurement and tendering processes is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
