Job Title: UAE National Receptionist
Work Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (3 days working)
Estimated Salary: AED 10K per month + Nafis

About the role:
We are seeking a receptionist to join a specialized energy technology company located in Abu Dhabi, focused on advanced well and reservoir diagnostics for the oil & gas and energy storage sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Support finance and legal teams with day-to-day administrative and logistical activities.Manage and organize documentation, contracts, correspondence, and other business records.Handle paperwork, maintain accurate filing systems, and ensure documents are updated and accessible.Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-up on internal processes.Assist with compliance-related documentation and ensure proper record keeping.Support office operations and administrative functions as required.
Key Requirements
UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book.Fresh graduates welcome to apply.Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.Basic Microsoft Office skills and good organizational abilities.
