Description
\[ Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
\[ Perform bank, accounts payable, and accounts receivable reconciliations.
\[ Support month-end and year-end close activities.
\[ Assist in preparing monthly management reports and financial statements.
\[ Process and review supplier payments, employee expenses, and banking transactions.
\[ Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate cash position records.
\[ Manage accounts payable and receivable activities, ensuring timely processing and follow-up.
\[ Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related queries.
\[ Support external audits by preparing schedules and required documentation.
\[ Prepare VAT returns and support taxation compliance and reporting requirements.
\[ Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
\[ Maintain accurate financial records within the ERP system and support process improvement initiatives.
Profile
\[ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
\[ Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA are advantageous.
\[ 2 to 4 years of accounting experience.
\[ Strong experience in payment processing, banking operations, and reconciliations.
\[ Good knowledge of taxation, VAT compliance, and financial reporting.
\[ Understanding of IFRS and accounting best practices.
\[ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
\[ Must be based in the UAE (open to candidates without UAE work experience)
\[ Immediately available candidates preferred.
