• Review and study of project specifications, drawings and bill of quantities to identify engineering requirement for the project
• Execution of the project including site management and technical approval.
• Liaise with consultant, project manager and subcontractors.
• Maintain orderly and complete documentation and correspondence of site instructions.
• Develop necessary shop drawings and other technical documents.
• Oversee the project contract.
• Coordination of temporary works design. Valuation of project materials.
• Evaluate subcontractor’s proposal and prepare subcontract agreement.
