Job Purpose
• Develop FM strategy, Polices, Procedures and methodologies statements. Ability to read analysis and prepare technical and commercial tender evaluation.
Principal Accountabilities
• Thoroughly read and analysis tenders and actively participate/lead and coordinate with Spain’ tendering team to prepare the technical and commercial submittals.
• Formulate facilities management strategies, policies, procedures, methodologies statement, and objectives.
• Through knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques specially; MEP, HVAC and firefighting systems.
• Actively participate and lead implementation of Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures covering all relevant business functions related to Facilities Management so that all business requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality service to customers.
• Lead and direct the interaction between the FM team and various departments to provide synergy of facility management operations in order to attain the upmost customer satisfaction level.
• Provide leadership for ensuring stability of relationship with internal and external customers by meeting customer satisfaction needs and define new strategies and plans for the development of better communication within Company and customers.
• Proactively Build and nurture external relationships with various stakeholders e.g. Government Authorities, clients and outsourcing service providers in order to ensure that the appropriate level of external services are obtained to the best advantage of the company.
• Foster a culture of ‘high quality output’ in the unit to ensure all activities, policies processes and procedures in the management of facilities management comply with Customer’s requirements.
• Lead the implementation of the annual operating plan for the assigned accounts to ensure the revenue and profitability objectives are achieved and review department performance to ensure targets are met in line with the business strategy.
• Prepare, review, discuss and validate annual OPEX budget requirements for FM activities.
• Evaluate and approve monthly performance of the FM service provider.
• Provide leadership in the management of the Facility Management Services team- setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal - in order to maximize subordinate and the performance of each Account in the pursuit of the Facility Management Services objectives.
