Job Description:
Our client, a leading Retail company across the Middle East is currently looking to hire an experienced Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to be part of their high-performing team based in Dubai, UAE. Your main role is to manage the execution of ecommerce and online advertising/marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an online business strategy in collaboration with product and marketing managers;- Oversee the company's online sales and presence;- Convey a consistent brand image that attracts customers on the web;- Work closely with designers and web developers to create or improve the eCommerce site;- Manage eCommerce inventory to maintain stock covers;- Lead the merchandising team and support the eCommerce Director;- Create and dispatch email marketing campaigns;- Identify and keep up with digital trends;- Setting up marketing launches of new products
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Ecommerce management and Digital Marketing;- Must have experience in managing CRM program and loyalty program;- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business or any related field;- High understanding in Marketing, Business, and Technology;- Creative, passionate, and driven individual;- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
