BusinessMinds International DMCC are hiring MS Dynamics AX Functional Consultant/Business Analyst for its Dubai office. The role is a full-time position based in Dubai and will be sent for a project in Qatar for 3-6 months upon hiring. This position also requires travel to Qatar, Kuwait and other Gulf countries. The Role:
Responsible for the design, configuration & testing of the Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail/POS processes, localized HR&Payroll knowledge is an additional advantage. The Microsoft Dynamics AX consultant is expected to apply advanced analysis skills and experience to define appropriate solutions, develop detailed design specifications and test application delivery for Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation. The right candidate must be able to thrive in a team environment and enjoy working with others to find creative solutions to our business needs. Should have strong Business Analysis skills and capable of working with teams to configure Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions that meet/exceed business needs. The ideal candidate will have intimate knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX modules (mainly Finance, Supply Chain and Retail/POS modules-knowledge of additional modules will be an added advantage) and processes, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with demonstrated result-driven approach in all ERP implementation related endeavors.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business administration or Information systems.
- 3 years + experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance & Supply Chain implementation
- Proven skills and experience with Microsoft Dynamics AXFinance & Supply Chain to include at least major 3 end-end implementations.
- MS Dynamics AX latest certifications
Interpersonal Skills:
· Ability to establish relationships with business and IT leaders, as well as technology subject matter experts
· Ability to manage time efficiently.
· Multitasking
· Must be detail-oriented.
· Strong analytical skills.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Arabic speaker/based in Qatar is an advantage
