JOB PURPOSE:
To lead the team and assigned department into delivering world-class luxury customer service to achieve high levels of revenue, whilst maintaining the brand image within operational compliance
Functional Responsibilities
Drive sales, monitor performance and make recommendations to meet and exceed sales targets
Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service, leading by example. Resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly.
Minimize stock loss through the management, implementation and adherence to policies and procedures.
Manage stock availability/ordering to ensure sales opportunities are maximized.
Prepare and present reports of current performance trends, identify commercial opportunities and ensure Commercial/Brand Managers are aware of stock related feedback.
Prepare for and lead stock takes in store in liaison with the Operations/Internal Audit team.
Effective planning and preparation for any podium/product launch to meet expectations. Provide feedback to relevant parties.
Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are maintained within brand guidelines. Implement Company expectations of standards, maintenance and cleanliness.
Monitor and analyze sales per square foot to ensure maximum productivity within brand and store specifications
Continuous learning of market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback/recommendations to the Company.
Ensure all Company policies and procedures are cascaded to the team, implemented and adhered to.
Monitor Company Health & Safety standards to be adhered to at all times
Merchandising
Coordinate with the Merchandising function of the Retail division to plan product placements including new launches and help identify the optimal product mix to ensure profitable sales within store‘s target positioning
Cooperation with F&B Operations
Maintain coordination with the Restaurant management, to ensure specified requirements and standards are met, as well as consolidate any business performance reporting requirements. Support the restaurant operations by enhancing the customer touch points between the retail and F&B floor and vice versa.
VIP Service
Engage in a personalised service to VIP Customers whilst personally attending to them within the VIP Lounge area ensuring they are provided with a hospitable and highest level of one to one customer experience.
Visual Merchandising
Support the implementation of the Visual Merchandising strategies and plans, in coordination with the Visual Merchandising team, for the assigned brands; ensure in-store visual merchandising of the Department is aligned with the overall HOB Brand and Store requirements.
People Development
Lead and motivate the team towards the achievement of goals and objectives
Coach the team to enhance performance towards quality work, and train them for continuous development to higher level roles.
