The position has complete responsibility and accountability for managing sales, stock levels, costs and customer experience in line with the overall business objectives for the location/stores assigned.


Sales
• Maximises sales in all stores and kiosks through coaching and performance management of Store Teams in customer service, presentation, promotional activities, and control of costs, stock levels and stock loss.
• Set daily and weekly section targets with all sales team.
• Responsible to achieve the sales target as agree with the management
• Submit Business Review presentation to Brand Managers to track sales performance against budget and implement plans and initiatives, to increase sales.
• Help the brand manager identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and preserve relationships with customers to achieve repeat and referral business.
• Ensures all issues, ideas and recommendations from stores are effectively communicated to the Brand Managers


Customer Service
• Communicate with customers to assess their needs, provide assistance in satisfying those needs and meeting or surpassing customer’s expectations.
• Providing customer services by responding to customer inquiries and complaints.


Cost Control
• Manages expenses for stores controllable costs, and identifies and exploits opportunities to reduce store/kiosk expenditure, for assigned area.
• Supervise Sales Staff to preserve the shop management system, stock inventory control and store materials and equipment’s
• Actively seeking out and completing any opportunity to decrease stock loss.


Operations
• Review all the schedules according to the market needs on monthly basis.
• To ensure the right fragrance ambassador is working on the right place at the right time.
• Manage preparation for any event in terms of the setup, merchandising, schedule, stock replenishment, testers, GWP’s staff briefing and motivation on the set objectives
• Ensure that the highest levels of quality in the look and feel of the retail outlets is applied, and the standards are maintained at all times.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure the highest levels of performance, staffing levels, customer service, back-store management, cleanliness and overall look and feel
• Ensure maintenance of shop display taking into consideration stock levels, climatic conditions and Store location and in line with Corporate/Brand standards


Training
• Develops highest standards of in store training including weekly morning sessions, daily debriefs, product knowledge and on the job coaching.
• To coordinate with brand manager in preparing and carrying out a development plan for every member of the store team.


People Development
• Develop innovative teams who can quickly adapt to as well as create new opportunities
• Coach and guide teams to perform to their optimal potential, produce highest standards of output
• Engage in performance evaluation of direct team members and review the indirect span of control to ensure efficiency and consistency in assessing performance
• Promote ongoing training and development and up skill key talent to larger roles.
• Provide a leadership avenue for the teams to be able to escalate their concerns to enable prompt resolution of the same
• Communicate any organizational changes and mitigate risks through effective change management
