Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading signage company based in UAE. Our client is looking to hire an "Accounts Manager" for their office based in Dubai, UAE.
- The Account Manager will be into project management and should have the ability to handle multiple projects at a given time.
- Managing the entire projects with clients from initial discussion, written brief, and design, through production, Delivery & implementation.
- Responsible for all Sales Debt collections, negotiating favorable payment terms.
- Responsible for developing a portfolio of accounts through new business development.
- Achieve Sales Target/objectives through effective coordination with all external stakeholders including and not limited to client, client representatives, consultants, authorities and sub-contractors.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including, but not limited to, estimation, design, production, installation and finance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction leading to revenue generation while adhering to the code of conduct.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to inspire clients.
- Interaction with the vendors to organize and manage outsourced activities.
- Overseeing design aspect of projects for timely submission to all stakeholders.
- Able to read and understand AutoCAD drawings in line with brand guidelines.
- Timely submission of invoices, follow-up & collection of payment within the approved credit period with the client.
- Maintain proper documentation and submit descriptive and detailed quotations to the client.
- Attend and manage major installations.
