Manage the factory floor, supervise the workers and derive efficiency
Handle all teams on the floor and monitor/ account for labor hours to drive efficiency
Suggest new ideas and innovation across the floor in making a product
Prioritisation of work for common departments like waterjet, CNC etc.
All production managers will be reporting to this candidate
Schedule, Plan and monitor all projects on the floor - Scheduling, Planning, Executing and Finishing
Bring in best practices and handling change management
Ability to handle people (labor issues)
A process driven mindset as well as the ability to be agile as per the timelines of the project.
