The role holder is responsible for supporting the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility in developing and implementing an overarching strategy for TECOM CSR and for identifying relevant objectives, policies and programs.
Key Accountabilities:
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of CSR with managing the effective implementation CSR campaigns encompassing environment, community and marketplace to support the achievement of TECOM Group’s CSR vision and objectives
- Ensure that all CSR projects commence with a robust written brief and approved budget and that all stakeholders are clear on the project deliverables and resources required to complete the project
- Contribute to the development and execution of the communications strategy, including driving the production of activities report, and promoting TECOM’s vision and accomplishments before internal and external audiences
- Work in close collaboration with the Marketing & Communication team to prepare branding and other CSR collaterals to effectively promote CSR campaigns. Ensure that all promotional efforts are in line with internal and external guidelines
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders across TECOM’s BUs and Departments to drive the execution of TECOM CSR programs/campaigns that are consistent with TECOM’s strategic objectives and business strategies
- Serve as a main point of contact and information source for all CSR, sponsorship and employee volunteering initiatives
- Act as focal point of contact to collect all the required data to prepare the sustainability report or the CSR awarding submission documents
- Develop CSR capabilities within the organization through educating and engaging TECOM employees with CSR initiatives
- Effectively use all TECOM Group’s and partner assets to promote programs and partnerships to key audiences including the non-profit, media, and corporate units
- Develop creative fundraising concepts with guidance from the Head of function, execute these concepts to ensure revenue targets from Fundraising Gala’s, Donations and Sponsorships meet the revenue targets set
- Manages prospect research and cultivation initiatives with a special emphasis on pursuing strategies to secure or increase giving from donors both monetary and nonmonetary items
- Identify community needs that provide opportunities for innovative and strategic social/environmental initiatives linked to TECOM’s strategyPrepare reports and presentations on CSR initiatives (events, sponsorships, partnerships etc.) to provide management with reliable information for review and decision making
- Develop and maintain the CSR management systems / tools to ensure alignment with TECOM Strategy and best practice
