Responsible for independently performing human resource functions like recruitment, Induction, on boarding, Compensation and operational tasks including payroll, time and attendance records. Responsible for the smooth execution of all HR operations. Ensure adherence to internal and external HR compliance/ processes.


Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
• Fill the manpower requirements as per the plan, recruit candidates using various channels, interview, shortlist and arrange final interviews, negotiate salaries and provide offer letters
• Ensure all processes/requirements are executed before the new candidates joining for smooth on-boarding (joining kit/laptops/Id cards/desk/uniforms etc.)
• Renew the insurance for employees after negotiating and getting the best rates from the market
• Thorough knowledge of UAE & DIFC Labor law to implement in the organization.
• Ensure that all the relevant forms and documents are duly filled and signed by the new employee and stored in the personnel files and on the ERP system
• Arrange for the new employee on boarding & induction, introduce to all the relevant department heads on the first day of joining; introduce him/her to cross functional team members.
• Analyze the attendance report and highlight cases of tardiness/long periods of absenteeism
• Receive approve leave requests and ensure the process and eligibility for employees is followed
• Update payroll records every month by collecting, calculating and entering data including exemptions, deductions and insurance coverage.
• Ensure that the monthly payroll is processed and approved in time every month
• Prepare, maintain and update the CTC sheet regularly.
• Ensure that all HR and administration processes are adhered to and followed in totality.
• Assist employees with work matters, address grievances, implement disciplinary procedures and escalate, if required.
• Handle employee exits and ensure all processes are executed as per timelines ; Ensure that the leaver’s checklist is adhered to and duly signed, exit interview completed before leaving.
• Calculate the full and final settlement and ensure that all the dues are cleared prior to the employee leaving.
• Issue experience/ NOC certificate as requested by the employee.
• Maintain a proactive approach to improve employee satisfaction and loyalty



Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate with Masters in HR
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience with 2 years in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office
