<b>Job Title: Personal Assistant</b>

<b>Reporting Line: Head of Marketing</b>

<b>Skills : Minimum of 5 years of experience</b>
<br />
<b>Job Purpose</b>
<br />The role holder is responsible for assisting the team as and when required , arrange travel/ accommodation for business travel perform and miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
<br />Core Responsibilities :
<br />Plan organized & coordinate administrative functions in the office on a day to day basis.
<br />Prepare monthly financial and management report and presentation with some analysis for the executive's review.
<br />Arranges management meetings, monthly de4partement meetings and other as required.
<br />Follow up on the implementation of the meeting decisions.
<br />Correspond and arrange meetings with internal & external customers
<br />Communicates & distributes information to internal & external customers, locally and overseas.
<br />
<br />
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b>
<br />Define performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensure that the goals are achieved during the year
<br />Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the reporting manager to ensure that the required training is arranged and attended.
<br />Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills required to perform the role.
<br />Keeps abreast of professional developments , new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth .
<b><br /> Qualification:</b>Bachelor's degree in business administration , management , banking or any related discipline
<br />Expert knowledge of outlook and MS Office
<br />Excellent written & oral communication skills
