Job Duties:
- Coordinating overall schedule with multiple interfacing construction packages
- Performing complex schedule analysis and advising the Resident Engineer on such matters as EOT claims, interfaces, schedule risk analysis and recovery schedules
- Contributing and preparing presentations and monthly reports to Client
- Participating in meetings with the Client
- Overseeing and supervising the planning function of the contractors and PMC
- Reviewing and commenting on planning documents, primarily baseline, recovery and revised schedules, reports
- Reviewing and commenting on resourcing schedules submitted by Contractors
- Review of earned value indices based on work progress
- Advising RE on variation orders and extensions of time claims
- Analyzing project data to identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity improvements
- Collaborating with cost and contracts specialists, engineers in delivering PMC services
- Assisting with other duties as deemed necessary by the RE
