Danube Properties, a leading multinational conglomerate with multiple business verticals including one of the fastest growing business in property development in Dubai. As an expansion plan, we are looking to hire experienced Assistant Contracts Manager for our Property development business to operate from our Dubai office.
Position: Assistant Contracts Manager
Requirements:
- Civil Engineer with overall 7 to 9 years’ working experience with top tier Main Contractor in the UAE in managing large construction Contracts.
- Skill in drafting strong contractual correspondence and managing building construction Contracts.
- Knowledge of FIDIC / other standard form Contract.
- Skill Variations, Prime Cost / Provisional Sum adjustment, EOT assessments, Final Account and Project Close out.
- UAE/GCC driver’s license is must.
